The most valuable resources in21st century is talent, who can be turned into the key factor to create corporate wealth by innovative spirit. Human resources are the most active and only asset which can be added value. With the rapid development of the Internet age, the company, Chinese or foreign, confronted with the contradiction of fast development and human resources deficiency, which make more and more companies start to pay attention to the selection, cultivation and development of talent.HR management is the efficient utilization of relevant human resources both inside and outside of organization through the management of recruitment, selection, training and remuneration, etc to meet the requirements of current and future organization development, and ensure the maximum of achieving objective and developing people. In other words, HR management is the total process to predict organization HR requirements and work out HR demand planning, recruitment, selection and organized efficiently, evaluate performance, pay the remuneration and motivate effectively, and to develop HR management system based on organization and individual requirements to achieve optimized organization performance.Haier group is the leading manufacture globally of WGG. Haier is the most valuable brand in China. Being led by CEO Mr. Zhang Ruimin, Haier group keep the leading position through continuous business model innovation."HR is the core of company, and management is to utilize resources" Mr. Zhang Ruimin said. Human resources are the most active and only asset which can be added value. The only way to keep company active and accomplish continual development is to make every employee to be with spirit of innovation and be the CEO of themselves.At present, Haier is focusing on the strategic transformation from manufacture to service in the information age through building up inverted triangle organization, setting up individual-goal combination self-operated business unit. The meaning of individual-goal combination is independent innovation and win-win. Self-operated business unit is to advocate employees’self-operation, each employee have clear market objective, which is created by themselves, not ordered by superior. Employees create customer resources and market competency by themselves, and realize their own value during this process that is win-win.This paper is to study strategic objective system, organization structure, team building, resources allocation, incentive system under Haier individual-goal combination and win-win business model from the angle of Haier HR management. And find out the issue of carrying out Haier individual-goal combination self-operated business unit, and accordingly give the suggestions, which can be applied to other companies.
