Tracing Evaluation Research Of Jinhe Company’s Polypropylene Project

The Jinhe company15tons/year polypropylene project is the supporting projects of Jinhe500tons/year refinery expansion and reconstruction project. The polypropylene project is a complex process and equipment sets is more. The project investment is big and task durationlong is heavy.So it is necessary to track the assessment of the project in order to ensure the realization of the goal of the overall construction of the project to strengthen the control and management of the construction process.Detailed tracing evaluate has been done in this paper based on the characteristics of the project. The tracing evaluate mainly consists of these parts:(1)Overview of Jinhe company project;(2) Tracing evaluation and controll of project schehule. The tracing evaluation of the polypropylene project implementation process has been done mainly including the progress of the project design, construction progress, the use of funds, the project overall progress.(3) Tracing evaluation and controll of project constrction quality and production preparation have been done.The tracing evaluation has been done in this paper mainly focusing on the design schedule and the actual design schedule; the construction schedule and the actual construction schedule, the funding progress with actual funds using progress and project quality based on tracing evaluation theory.The main characteristics of this paper is as follwos:(1) the relative importance of the various indicators scoring is processed by using of expert scoring matrix. The evaluation results are drawn out integratly by considering weighting coefficient of each scoring averages and indicators importance. So the phenomenon of weight value is not accurate because of using only simple arithmetic average for rate data has been changed. And the impact of the individual rate error has been possibly avoided. So the target weight are more scientific and accurate and the evaluation results are more realistic;(2) a real-time contrast tracing evaluation index system is established for Jinhe company polypropylene projects which main content includes the design evaluation, construction evaluation, financial evaluation and quality evaluation. The situation of lagging and content imperfect of the original tracing evaluation system has been changed. Therefore it makes the similar project tracing evaluation content enrich, the effect significant and more timely;(3) the problem of the qualitative indicators is difficult to quantify has been solved by establishing five levels of project evaluation indicators, namely:excellent, good, fair, relatively poor and poor that have been given the corresponding score. So the evaluation goal can be achived by quantification of qualitative indicators and refinement of quantitative indicators. This paper has some reference to the other similar projects.
