In recent years, the crowd of online shopping is becoming more and more. And taobao is the largest shopping website, the number of express company that cooperate with taobao has reached a dozen. As the contact between taobao sellers and taobao customers, the role of the express company is becoming more and more important. So this paper took taobao for an example, study a series programs of choosing express companies for taobao sellers.Firstly present situation of taobao logistics are reviewed. Due to taobao customers tend to be not satisfied to taobao sellers because of the express company, therefore, taobao sellers need to reasonably choose cooperation express company.Based on questionnaires of taobao customers, this paper analyzed the important degree of different service indexes and used clustering method to on the taobao customers. Furthermore, this paper established a multi-objective model which based on maximizing the customers satisfaction and minimizing the courier cost. In the end, this paper tested the method by using the data of an online bookstore. And the results show that this method can effectively balance the customer satisfaction and delivery costs, By summing up all the information, finally there is four companies meet the criterion. And by the thinking of systems engineering and the method of investigation research, the dissertation confirmed the attributes of C2C express service evaluation.By using of SPSS, we can get a solution,and choose the partner.
