Today, under the rapid economic development, enterprises have become cells of asociety, whose harmony and development will lead to the harmony and development of thesociety. In China, many professional managers have done a great deal to the developmentto our country. However, some managers with long-term perspective are still keepingponder over their achievement, management competence and roots beneath internaldiscord of the companies, and get lessons from successful or defeated ones. As a result,they find out that the management competence of themselves need to be improved,especially in the21st century. Under this background, this paper on researching effectiveapproaches for the cultivation of professional manager competence has important realisticmeaning and practical value.This article has referred to a large number of literature. The main content, the researchprocess and results are as follows:1. Bring out an idea of "people first" in management first and foremost.2. Introduces a "integration" concept and a perspective of employees to divideprofessional manager competence into four aspects.3. Based on the model talked above, this paper analyzes a lot of cases about Chineseenterprise problems, in order to improve the management competence of our managers.4. Further analysis on the problems of professional manager cultivation approaches inour country are made based on those defects. Then, put forward some improvementsuggestions.Finally, this article hopes will help those theorists and practitioners who are devotedto professional manager cultivation.
