The food industry as the key industries in national economy system, make animportant contribution to the economic development of China. Apparent in the foodindustry at present stage of the competition is fierce, the competition in the industry oftrend. Competition between enterprises is no longer a lonely individual behavior, butevolved into the industrial chain of all-round competition.Value chain management as a new management method has brought the change ofmanagement thought, it emphasizes that enterprises should to suppliers and customers intotheir own in the industrial chain, using the advantage of external resources, to an externalenterprise, build up mutual benefit community of the credit.This article could be divided into the external value chain and internal value chain,value chain is the main external value chain of upstream suppliers, downstream of theconsumers, enterprise competition and indicators in these links is designed, established aset of perfect performance evaluation system based on the food industry characteristics,according to the system can judge the food enterprise advantages and disadvantages ofeach link, for the enterprise to increase its value, obtain competitive advantages to offerhelp.This article is divided into seven chaptersThe first chapter is mainly the introduction introduced the research backgroundsignificance, literature review, research train of thoughtThe second chapter is mainly theoretical foundation of this paper, starting from thetheory of value chain, to the end of the enterprise performance evaluation theory,evaluation system to construct the theoretical basis for belowChapter3introduced the meaning of the performance evaluation system of valuechain, illustrates the principle of evaluation index system of choice, value chain determinesthe influence factors of performance evaluation system of the selection index of valuechain, for later evaluation index system design provides the basis. The fourth chapter analyzes the particularity of food industry, and then based on thebalanced scorecard enterprise internal evaluation system, the financial aspect of enterprisesused factor analysis to financial index weighing, internal business and learning and growthrespectively according to the level of perfect index system is established.Fifth chapter first elaborates the characteristics of food industry suppliers, customers,competitors, and then respectively multiple indexes has been established for suppliers,customers, competitors, formed the entire value chain of the performance evaluationsystem.Chapter6our performance evaluation model is established, using analytic hierarchyprocess dividing the weight of each part.The seventh chapter puts forward the conclusion of this article, the lack of literatureand research prospects.
