With the rapid development of social economy and the growth of the population, mostvillages are wanting in unified planning and reasonable layout, which results in forming a structureof "all over the sky star" in the rural residential areas in China. Scattered layout of ruralsettlements not only occupy a large amount of cultivated land resources, but also hinder theenthusiasm of agricultural production to a large extent, and hinder the development of new ruralconstruction process. Nowadays state-owned farms are facing a large morphological evolution andtransformation. It is of great significance of the reasonable use of land resources and protection toaccept the challenge under the new situation and to do a good job of planning and deployment ofrural residential areas,BaoQuanLing agricultural areas in Heilongjiang province as an example, this paper adopts themethod of combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, using the data of the secondland survey data, studying rural residential characteristics, using the landscape ecology theorycombined with ArcGIS the method of analysis of the spatial distribution characteristics of ruralresidential areas of BaoQuanLing land reclamation area. The result indicates that the ruralresidential areas of space relative change cluster distribution; Rural residential land scale anddensity in the regional distribution exist obvious differences. In the patch shape is more rules,concentration degree is higher. This form of distribution is influence Ned by road, river and theinfluence of the economic environment. On the basis of finding the problems in rural residentialareas, the rural residential areas are divided into central settlement, settlement, migration andsettlement. The central settlement is rational planed and form a certain regional center; Keepvillage using residential interior finishing; Moving gradually to the main traffic line and residentialareas, the rural residential areas and the larger infrastructure areas, forming a prioritization schemeof the rural residential areas of BaoQuanLing land reclamation area layout e. Finally, after thefeasibility study on settlement of the land reclamation area layout, it put forward the suggestion ofprioritization scheme of promoting rural residential areas of BaoQuanLing land.Putting BaoQuanLing agricultural areas in Heilongjiang province as an example, this thesisadopts the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, using the data of the secondland survey data and studies rural residential characteristics as well as analysis of the spatialdistribution characteristics of rural residential areas of BaoQuanLing land reclamation area by using the landscape ecology theory combined with ArcGIS The result indicates that the relativechange of rural residential areas of space presents cluster distribution; Rural residential land scaleand density in the regional distribution exist obvious difference; In the patch shape is more rules,concentration degree is higher. This form of distribution is influenced by road, river and theinfluence of the economic environment.This thesis establishes the actual evaluation index system of the comprehensive developmentof the rural residential areas in BaoQuanLing land reclamation area, which adopts method ofanalytic hierarchy process (AHP) combined with ArcGIS techniques to evaluate various farmcomprehensive development strength of BaoQuanLing land reclamation area. According to thefinal score values, the overall development of the13farm agricultural areas are divided into threelevels: three rapid developments, eight medium developments and two low developments. Themedium and low grade of development will become the key part in the future.
