Under the circumstance of good economic developing both for international and China market, more and more people were involved in building up his or her own business. Most of those entrepreneurs built up their business personally but also there is the mode to build up the business via team members. While building up via team members is the common one at the contemporary situation. There is an investigation report done by Mr.Albach and Mr.Hunsdieky (1987) for180enterprises in Germany, amoung which there is43%enterprises are successful with the building up approach as team members, while20%is successful with personal building up their business. That is obviously those enterprises with team members are more successful than those with personal ones. To trace the reason, despite of the personal characteristic of the team mermbers, cooperation and close work way, the most important reason is their trust. During the whole building process, the trust of each others in the team is always be linked till its success. Trust is the basic foundation, is more key element for promote further success for the team. Trust can enhance the better interaction as for communications and open arguing, these will affect importantly to the final result to the enterprise performance. In the team, There is only when set up mutual trust, the team members can take out the latest information and share with other members, in order to increase the capability to settle the problems for the enterprise and affect the enterprise performance.In this paper, based on reading plenty of the literatures, reviewed setting up of team and trust investigation, retrospected and summarized the relevant research. After from the notion of trust, the team members trust, the organization of the team members, the model of the trust, and also the dependant variable with the change of trust...etc. study the entrepreneurial team members trust impact to the performance of the enterprise. The whole study used questionnaire survey and telephone interview to collect figures and analys the result through software tools, to get the finally4conclusions as follows:(1) The trust of the team member is positively related to enterprise performance.(2) The scope of the team members can affect the trust of the team member and also positively the enterprise performance.(3) The sex, education and the duration having worked in this team won’t have a big difference to affect to the trust in the team and also the enterprise performance.(4) The duration for the team members who had already the entrepreneurial experience won’t have a big difference with the others at the trust and enterprise performance.In the end, this paper systematically analysed the reason and summarized and described the development direction for the future.
