With the development of market economy, competition among enterprises gradually transits from the original tangible asset level to the level of intangible assets, employee’s position as an important part of intangible assets is rising. Many companies began to realize that the concept of "employee-oriented" than "customer is God," the idea is more important, because the staff is the sustainable development of enterprises in the power source, customer satisfaction is through the services of the staff to reached, so companies increasingly concerned about employee satisfaction.The company, as a wholly-owned-foreign-enterprises with headquarter in the United States, and attached great importance to human resources. With the advances in technology and information synchronization, our counterparts in terms of products, technology, performance, price, quality difference is getting smaller and smaller, the competition between the companies in real terms has become a competition between employees.The study used questionnaires to explore the mind of the employees in China under the current system and the level of satisfaction in various dimensions, combined with the theories and methods of satisfaction, to explore the company’s employee satisfaction constitute factors as well as the impact of the development of our company, analyzed how scientifically valid and practicable to enhance employee satisfaction, draw conclusions, and targeted and operability of the strategy based on the conclusions.
