In the era of economic globalization,the market supply has been greatly improved,which makes the industry competition become fierce,and the customer satisfaction towards the customer group also gets more attention.Positive word-of-mouth evaluation,positive external promotion,and stable customer loyalty are all positive effects of high customer satisfaction on the market.In other words,enterprises rely on providing customers with higher level of customer experience to maintain greater profit margins.Based on this practical need,the enterprise places customer satisfaction on the important position of employee performance,and carries out the strategic planning of the enterprise reliably by means of performance evaluation and assessment system to ensure the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction.This paper is based on the case of D company for its employee performance appraisal system is analyzed,through the empirical analysis further mining and discusses the present situation of the performance appraisal system,and on this basis to build the D company staff performance appraisal system based on customer satisfaction,for its rewards and punishments measures and guarantee means are analyzed,such as more details of the system framework is also in this paper.In the first chapter,the research background,purpose and significance are explained,and the domestic and foreign researches are discussed and sorted out.The second chapter expounds the basic concepts of customer satisfaction and performance,analyzes and discusses the development of relevant theories and methods,and compares their applications.The third chapter investigates and analyzes the current situation of company D's customer satisfaction and employee performance appraisal system,and explains the current situation of company D's performance appraisal system and its existing problems and deficiencies.The fourth chapter further to build the new staff performance appraisal system of D company,its system completely based on the core customer satisfaction index,through index decomposition and refinement methods such as making evaluation criteria in different employees generally closely associated with customer satisfaction,and depends on the different system,department and position difference,further discusses the inspection method,frequency,and content and related issues,in its rewards and punishment mechanism was discussed also.Chapter five makes more analysis and discussion on the guarantee of employee performance appraisal system of company D,andexpounds its specific contents.The sixth chapter of this paper summarizes the content of the full text,and prospects the future research.Based on this,this paper expects to solve the problems of fuzzy brand value,excessive discount and weak after-sales service according to the framework of customer satisfaction index,and solve the problems and deficiencies of employees in their work,so as to improve employee performance and customer satisfaction.
