In the fierce competitive environment, job performance for enterprises is animportant question. The employees’ performance is not only the foundation oforganization performance, but also an important indicator to measure achievements ofthe microcosmic management activities. Nowadays, in the diversified and changingworkplace, the biggest challenge enterprises face is how to improve employees’performance and retain talented employees. The rise of Positive Psychology leads tothe positive transformation of Organizational Behavior, as one of the importantvariables influencing employees’ attitudes and behaviors, subjective well-being hasreceived wide attention of scholars. However, in really life, people paymore attention on work and behavior about happiness, ignoring influence on jobperformance caused by changes of the employees’ perception of subjective well-being,and changes of employees’ performance indirectly impact on the competitivenessprofitability of the enterprise. On the basis of previous researches, we mainly explore how subjectivewell-being impacts on job performance, and analyze the moderating effect ofself-efficacy on the relationship between subjective well-being and job performance. In the part of literature review, we mainly discuss the relationship between subjectivewell-being, self-efficacy and job performance. Then we propose our theoreticalhypothesis. In the part of empirical research, we adopt more mature national andabroad questionnaires, select200employees in Qingdao and Jinan area as the objectof this investigation, and make use of SPSS19.0analyze the data. And finally we drawthe following conclusions:1. subjective well-being is significantly associated with jobperformance. Specifically, life satisfaction and positive emotions have a positiveprediction with job performance, and negative emotions have a negative predictionwith job performance.2. self-efficacy has a positive prediction with job performance. 3. self-efficacy partly mediates the relationship between subjective well-being and jobperformance, especially mediates the relationship between positive emotions, negativeemotions and job performance.Subjective well-being and self-efficacy are two of important factors whichimpact on job performance. So from enterprises point of view, managers should givemore attention on employees’ psychological health, increasing the positive emotionalexperience; establish a fair and reasonable salary-welfare system; give employeesmore autonomy; develop scientific plans about career development. And fromemployee point of view, individuals should establish proper values; set up reasonabletargets; learn to conduct self-regulation.
