Role identity from the Angle of view of the role identity expounds the employees working for the role of a positive psychological feeling, and employees are willing to invest time and energy on the job roles and by the realization of individual value of a state of mind. Role identity affects the new employees’ subjective well-being and job performance, is worthy of managers focus on a new staff to improve job performance factors. Today’s role identification research focused on the volunteers, family members, college students, such as research on the role, new employees in the organizational environment Angle research new employees work role identity:not yet. From the domestic and foreign scholars study found that subjective well-being is one of the important variables influence job performance, role identity and the relationship between subjective well-being research mai entrated in the group of students, teachers, etc., this article aims to reveal the new employees work role identity, subjective well-being, the relationship between the performance of the community to provide a new perspective for research, enrich the research in the field of character recognition.The purpose of this paper is to empirically test data analysis the influence of work role identity for new employees work performance; Test of subjective well-being between job role identity and new staff performance of mediation mechanism; Inspection work under the demography variables of character recognition, the differences between the subjective well-being and work performance, and through data analysis and literature research, put forward enterprise improve role identity and new employees work performance related countermeasures.In this paper, on the basis of the predecessors’ theory reference questionnaire for measuring the scale formation, a questionnaire of across industries, access to effective sample360, accounting for92.78%of the reclaimed by questionnaire. Through the SPSS data analysis software analyzes the formal investigation data and inspection, the following conclusions:New employees work role identification and performance of the new employees work two dimensions performance significantly positively related to task performance and relationships; New staff work role identity and subjective well-being significantly positively related to positive emotion dimensions; Subjective well-being of the positive emotional dimension and performance significantly positively related to task performance and relationships; Subjective well-being in the new work role identity and partial intermediary role between work performance; Demographic variables on the perception of different degrees of impact. On the basis of research in this paper, on the level of enterprise and employee management advice.
