Happiness is a long-lived feeling of approval and appreciation when a person's demand is satisfied.Subjective well-being is the overall evaluation of the subject's overall quality of life.It is the most commonly used evaluation criterion in the study of happiness.After the reform of the economic system,the material life has been greatly enriched,we need to face a series of social problems such as environmental pollution,high housing price and traffic jam.In this context,happiness gradually becomes the topic of focus.China Rail Corp was established in 2013 after the reform of state-owned enterprises and the separation of enterprise from government,by the end of 2017,the company has completed the registration of change of corporate reform.With China Rail Corp corporate reform,more and more railway units began to pay attention to human resource management,giving full play to the advantages of human resources,improve enterprise performance become the problem which railway departments managers need to solve.However,there are few studies on subjective wellbeing and the relationship of subjective well-being and job performance about railway employees.From the perspective of human resources,this paper studies the subjective well-being of railway employees,based on jinan bureau railway co.LTD.On the basis of reviewing relevant theories and literatures,the measurement system of subjective well-being level of railway employees was constructed,and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were analyzed.Based on the first-hand data obtained from questionnaires,the current situation of subjective wellbeing of railway employees was studied.Then,using one-way analysis of variance to find out the factors that influence the subjective well-being,and then use the ISM to explain the hierarchical relationship between the various factors;Then,correlation analysis and regression analysis were used to study the relationship between subjective well-being and job performance.Finally,from the perspective of enterprises and employees,the paper proposes countermeasures to improve the subjective well-being of railway employees and improve their job performance.The main conclusions of this paper include: first,the subjective well-being of railway employees consists of three dimensions: physical and mental well-being,growth confidence wellbeing,and abundant contentment well-being;Second,the relationship between the railway employees subjective well-being and the variables of demographic,organizational factors,social support get some validation,the relationship between subjective well-being and economic condition variables was not verified;Third,ISM showed that age,position is the factors affecting the deep root of subjective well-being,education,beliefs,and immediate superior is second indirect middle factors,working years,job stress and relationship between colleagues is indirect middle factors,organizational commitment,and neighborhood relationship is direct external factors;Fourthly,there is a significant positive correlation between the subjective well-being and job performance of railway employees,and the dimension of growth confidence well-being have the greatest influence on work performance.
