The Study Of Tourism Complex’s Evaluation

With the rapid development of urbanization, people’s life standards have beenimproved significantly since the reforming and opening. Tourism industry graduallyshifts from mass tourism to the leisure tourism. In order to match the demand ofpublic leisure consumption, tourism complex which gathers a variety of tourismfunction and integrate many kinds of industries has appeared. At present, some citieshave used this way to develop the tourism. And this way has been the engine of thelocal tourism development. Tourism complex plays an important role in the part ofindustry upgrading and transformation in the scenic area. So the author study onbuilding the identification and evaluation system in order to avoid the similardeveloping resource and provide new perspective to prompt it develop.This article aims to point out that the identification of tourism complex’selements and evaluation system and provide some reference to the sustainabledevelopment of tourism complex. In terms of theory, the papers is based on twotheoretical perspectives which are industry cluster theory and ecology theory. Tourismcomplex cluster possesses symbiosis and attribute properties. The papers discussedthe theoretical basis of tourism complex fundamentally. In terms of analysis method,the author collected the relevant information of tourism complex including data andliterature. With the help of analytic hierarchy process and adopting the way ofquestioning the papers makes sure of the tourism synthesis evaluation index system.Next, constructed the indicators functions by establishing of evaluation factor set andevaluation set under the based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method on theanalysis of tourism complex. Then, the papers brought up the analysis to tourismcomplex by Fuzzy. Construct membership functions and fuzzy evaluation matrix andweight coefficient of compound operation to get the final evaluation results andrealize the combination of quantitative evaluation of tourism.In this paper, the main destinations are as follows: expounded the researchbackground, literature research; defined and analyzed the complex model ofdevelopment from the angle of attractions tourism syntheses; explored the forming conditions from the macro environment. Make the papers has certain theorysignificance. Analyzed the tourist complex essential and established tourism complexevaluation index system; used expert scoring method, weighted average and obtainedthe weight of each index. Through designing questionnaires of Xixi wetland touristarea evaluation，and carried on the reliability analysis of SPSS，make sure the validityof the questionnaire. Adopted the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method toimplement the evaluation of Xixi wetland tourism complex and brought somerecommendations.The purpose of this article is to try to provide a reference model by aboveanalysis. And try to provide reference for the development of tourism complex. Sothat make the papers has a certain practical significance.
