On The Feasibility Of Construction Of Xinyang Xixi Lake Tourist District

With the coming of the era going on holiday during leisure time, Xixi lake is faced with a rare opportunity of development since the government advocates for building "ecological civilization", "charming China" and "beautiful countryside", and making Henan Province "prosperous by tourism", and Xinyang "one Corridor, Two Belts and Four Districts" for the tourist developing zone.In order to strengthen the construction of tourism region, and comprehensive treatment of environment, intensify the integrated system of natural resources, and environmental protection, make rational development and utilization of resources, and enhance the ecological environment while making leisure tourism enjoy popular support, this thesis takes Xixi Lake tourism project in Xinyang city as a typical case. By using methodology of combination of theoretical research and empirical analysis, the author has widely collected and read the related documents, and also made a site visit and investigation, for the purpose of obtaining dynamic integration of theory with practice.By means of looking into the local tourism resource, market demand, locational conditions, space planning, development scheme and supporting facility, it has put forward a developing plan of building Xixi Lake ecological tourism districts with a global and far sighted view in accordance with the basic concept of "comprehensive development value of this region". With the backing of the natural background, and the leads of leisure culture, it proposes creatively an ideal framework of "One Ring, Five Districts, Ten Sights" on the basis of the people at different age after the analysis of the necessity and feasibility of Xixi Lake tourism development construction project.Chapter one introduces the research background and significance, the research status both at home and abroad, the research purpose and content and the research approaches and technology. In Chapter two up to Chapter Five, the auther proposes the ideas of solving problems and the scheme of development construction scheme, on the basis of the related theory of comprehensive utility economics, tourism planning, financial management, and investment analysis, combined with the physical truth of Xixi Lake tourism district. Based on the feasibility of market, environment, macro-economy and management team, it has proved the feasibility of this tourism development project. In Chapter six and chaptev seven, it makes financial and economic benefit analysis on the development scheme, including the total amount of investment, finally prepares statement of fixed assets investment, working capital, expected production capacity, total cost and implementation scheduling and so on. Then it has further confirmed the financial feasibility of Xixi Lake scenic spot. According to the analysis and demonstration of construction scale, location choice, construction scheme choice, environment influence assessment, financial assessment and risk analysis, it concludes that the project is not only necessary but also feasible, and an integrated feasible research report hao been produced.
