The Research On Subcontractor Optimal Selection Evaluation Model And Its Application Of The EPC Mode

In recent years, the EPC general contracting mode has been developed rapidly in our country. Engineering subcontract is a common practice of general contractor to share the project tasks and risks, at the same time, phenomenon such as shift of contract and illegal subcontract which threated construction quality and damaged the interests of the general contractor emerged in endlessly. So, as for the construction general contracting enterprises, how to choose and manage the subcontract has become an important topic which mattered the development of enterprise. However, at present there is no unified understanding of selection method and process of construction subcontractor at home. This thesis based on the EPC general contractor to select the subcontractor as research subject, has important theory value and practical significance.The research contents of this thesis is mainly divided into four aspects:Firstly, the subcontract status quo of EPC general contracting mode in our country have been analyzed, including characteristics of the subcontract of EPC mode, the common problems and countermeasures analysis of subcontractor and relationship analysis between general contracting and divided contracting, thus a foundation for the EPC general contracting enterprise to select subcontractor was laid.Secondly, the subcontractor selection method of EPC mode have been discussed.Based on the analysis of basic flow of the domestic bid evaluation, combined with the characteristics of EPC project, from four aspects which are subcontract plan, qualification examination, tendering manner and bid evaluation to research, identified the main principles of EPC project’s subcontractor selection, including tendering manner, pricing mode, evaluation methods, and the risk management of subcontracting, etc.Thirdly, a subcontractor optimal selection evaluation model of the EPC mode based on set pair analysis and information entropy method have been established. The index system of the model fully reflected the characteristics of the subcontractor, distincted it from the contractor’s evaluation index, and put forward the definition of each evaluation index and it’s quantification method.Finally, in an real EPC project, the proposed subcontractor optimal selection method is used to establish the subcontractor optimal selection evaluation model, the optimization result is in line with result which was got from the method of comprehensive evaluation in real project,thus the rationality and feasibility of the model and the subcontractor optimal selection method in this thesis was verified.
