Public Enterprise Social Responsibility Construction Research In Our Country

Putting people foremost and building a harmonious society have already been thethemes of our country. As Enterprise is the important joiner of building theharmonious society, the performance of the enterprise’s social responsibility have keyeffects on the quality and standard of building harmonious society, especially thepublic enterprise, which is closely linked with people’life. To performance the socialresponsibility actively, is not only beneficial to the employees, customers, socialpublic interests, but also have important strategic significance in protecting andimproving people’life, promoting the long development of enterprise itself andbuilding harmonious society. So, in the background of new era, my thesis analysis thetime values of the enterprise social responsibility, how and what to do to promote theenterprise’s social responsibility.The thesis contains five parts. Chapter one is the introduction; chapter two is the timevalue of the public enterprise’s responsibility; chapter three analyses the currentsituation of the public enterprise’s responsibility, which mainly describes the historicchanges, the achievement and the absence of responsibility of the public enterprise,the aims of this chapter is making it clear that the outside situation of fulfill theresponsibility and the current social responsibility of the public enterprise; chapterfour tells the difficulties of building the social responsibility of the public enterprise,the reason is mainly explained from the system, government management andanalysis of public enterprise itself; according to the reason of chapter four, chapterfive introduces the thinking of how to build the social responsibility of the publicenterprise, searching the specific measurement of promoting the development of thepublic enterprise’s social responsibility, so this chapter is the key and core part of thewhole thesis.On the basis of chapter four, I give several suggestion of how to promote theresponsibility of the public enterprise: first of all, from the aspect of the law, standardrules, oversight of law enforcement, government should establish a better system topromote the development of the public enterprise’s social responsibility; second, thetrade association or the professional social responsibility organization should play anactive role in setting the standard of public enterprise’s social responsibility, carrying out theory research, evaluating public enterprise’s social responsibility, andsummarizing the public enterprise’s social responsibility; third, as the main force ofpromoting the development of public enterprise’s social responsibility, the newsmedia and the community should play an active role in supervising the socialresponsibility of the public enterprise; at last, the public enterprise itself should raisethe consciousness, perfect the management, try to put the performance of the pubicenterprise’s social responsibility into practice.
