The intelligent home control system is developed with the developing of computers, networks, electronic technology, and high-tech manufacturing professional market. Rise at about the end of the twentieth century, about two years to development, from the simple function about lighting control, become it can now lay on through computer technology, network technology, intelligent control of electrical equipment in the building, to improve people’s lives Comfort, green energy-saving effect. The intelligent home has some functions:lighting control, light dimmer, electric curtains, electric shutters control, air-conditioning control, floor heating control, touch screen control, telephone remote control, and so on.As a high-tech product, it has good future for development, with the rapid development of the real estate market, the market demand is increasing. Many well-known domestic and international companies; rely on the financial strength of each R&D capabilities, marketing networks enter this field. Just a few years the marketing has become an important position in many large international companies to compete, ABB, Schneider, Siemens, Legrand, Control4, Crestron, Philips, Panasonic, Haier, Hisense, etc., increased investment, want to be able to play a leading role in an emerging field.This article will be standing on the angle of multinational enterprises, on the basis of the theory of competitive strategy, analysis, case studies, interviews and other research methods can be used. The article use of PEST analysis, Porter’s five forces model, SWOT analysis and management tools to research ABB smart home products in the Chinese mainland market, in which the external competitive environment, internal environment and the ability to carry out a detailed analysis of the division of industrial clusters of the smart home industry. Feasibility analysis of competitive strategy may be taken, and then clear the next step will be the implementation of competitive strategy is differentiation strategy, brand image, technology, customer service, human resources, marketing aspects given competitive strategy safeguards need to maintain and consolidate the leading position in the industry, then the article give the conclusions and recommendations of this study.
