With the further development of Internet technology,Internet technology has become an indispensable part of daily life.Smart home,as an industry with deep development of information technology,has gradually entered into people's life.Many enterprises gradually go deep into the smart home industry,which makes the market of the intelligent home industry face fierce competition.How to improve marketing efficiency and establish a scientific and effective marketing strategy according to the change of market environment is an important topic for smart home enterprises.Through the method of literature research,field survey,the sigma company as a case,analyzes the issues related to Golmud marketing.Based on the theory of marketing,this paper analyzes the external environment of smart home market and the market demand of smart home,and analyzes the market competition environment of smart home based on Potter five force competition model.Then the Golmud Home Furnishing marketing intelligent internal environment analysis,firstly summarizes the current marketing situation of sigma company,with theoretical analysis of 4Ps company's current products,Golmud channel,price and promotion,and marketing ability,financial ability and market foundation.Then analyzes the bottleneck,including the bottleneck of human resources,quality of service bottleneck.Finally put forward the segue marketing strategy,formulated the safeguard measures.Study on the believes that the current smart Home Furnishing marketing is faced with good policies,good market opportunities and social aspects,but also the increasingly fierce market competition,consumer demand increasingly diversified,but also faces some challenges.Golmud company currently has developed rapidly,but the smart Home Furnishing marketing facing the single marketing channel innovation,product quality is not strong,promotion is not rich,and many problems such as the lack of differences in price.The article thinks,Golmud company marketing strategy,should strengthen product innovation,use of the Internet and other channels,rich Golmud company's marketing channel,taking public relations and other means of promotion,and take different prices in different markets reflect the price difference.To further build a strong talent guarantee,and constantly improve the marketing services,build good marketing culture,promote the effective implementation of the marketing strategy of the company Golmud.
