| In modern intelligent buildings,the whole automation and special building automation systems are on a key place,supporting the interconnection of all engineering equipment and building systems.It is connected with the fact that any building-consists of a set of subsystems responsible for performing certain functions which solve various tasks in the process of functioning of this building.As these subsystems became more complex and the number of functions performed by them increased,their management became more and more difficult.Also,expenses for the maintenance of maintenance personnel,repair and maintenance of these subsystems are growing rapidly.The economic growth of recent years leads to an excess of electricity in the past to its deficit in the future,which,in turn,creates the opportunities for a wider introduction of energy-saving technologies and control algorithms,which are primarily provided by the home automation systems.In the frame of our research,we found that if we are talking about an home automation system,then there is not just engineering part,and there is also an economic aspects.If we look at the question from this position,we will find that with the rapid development of the market for high-energy technologies,it is necessary to explore the possibilities of using home automation systems that help to reduce energy costs and increase comfort.We believe that the economic benefits of using a smart home system are the savings of capital.Saving money is mainly achieved by reducing the cost of electricity.With a constant increase in tariffs,it can lead to the significant results.We hope that the results of the calculations can lead to the conclusion that the "Home Automation System" can be repaid before the end of the operational period.At the end of the payback period,the system begins to save money.We tried to prove that,despite the high cost,the "Home Automation System" is a cost-effective solution.According to the plan of the research first we articulated the description of purpose and significance of the research background,main content and literature review of foreign and home researchers,methodology.Then we presented the basic information about Smart House and the technology of home automation system.Besides,we gave a brief historical background about developing of this system.Then we suggested a classification of automation levels in the house and some technical data about the elements,which this system is consist of.The second step in our research is based on detailed calculation of introduction and using this technology.To reach this purpose,at first,we gave a brief description of residential building for two types.Then we calculated the operating,primary adopting and annual costs for adopting this system in low-rise and high-rise buildings.The last point of our research contains the evaluation of the economic viability and the discounted payback period of the project.Then we tried to calculate the annual economic effect and attempted to determine the profitability of applying the home automation system in Harbin. |
