In the knowledge economic era, knowledge innovation, the resource of core competitive of enterprises, plays a decisive role in attaining continuous innovation and growth. Under the pressure of hyper-competition, enterprises are confronted with fickle global environment. To promote innovation, accelerate the speed of updating knowledge, attain continuous innovation and growths have become one of the biggest concerns of enterprises. More and more enterprises participate in the practice of knowledge management and building of leaning organization.Despite some successful cases, most of such exercises were only partial success. The reason lies in the negligence of organizational system.By analyzing two actual cases, this paper explores the functional relations between knowledge innovation and organization elemental feature, and then bring forward the large-scale system model, which could guide the implementation of knowledge innovation.Learning organization and knowledge management should complement each other, and their main purpose is to achieve the enterprise knowledge innovation. But they all have certain limination in guiding the enterprise knowledge innovation. On the one hand, though the dynamic knowledge creating model, as the representative of knowledge management, reveals the structure and mechanism of the knowledge creation system, research does not cover the organization system, result in the limination of implemention; On the other hand, the learning organization research provides a organizational perspective, but lack of explanation of turning individual learning to organization learning. To solve such problems, we need to redeem enterprise knowledge innovation from a multi-angle theoretical research.In order to explore the system model of enterprise knowledge innovation and organizational factors, this paper adopts the method of case study according to Yin’s approach. This paper chooses Inspur Group and Tencent as case study, as they take two different approaches to implement knowledge innovation. In order to reduce the error in the case studies, after summarizing knowledge management, learning organization and organisational system theory, this paper constructs analytical framework, in order to bring out the theoretical foundation of case study. Based on the framework, this paper analyse the knowledge innovation practices and the characteristics of organizational factors. Finally, based on the basic model of enterprise knowledge innovation, according to organizational characteristics, we built and explained the model. The model contains three parts:knowledge-creation subcycle based on knowledge management; knowledge transfer from individual to organization based on learning organization; Interaction affects of organizational elements based on organizational system. The model provides enterprises a dynamic perspective on organization system and knowledge innovation activities.
