Companies which cannot implement innovation would die away in this turbulently changing era. The topic of how to improve companies'innovatory capability is closely associated with our strategy of building innovative nation, and remains also the continuous focus of both domestic and foreign business management researchers and practitioners. Knowledge-based economy is dominating the global economic development shape, whereas knowledge is becoming the main drive for the improvement of productivity. It would be meaningful and worthwhile to make further inquiry in this field on how knowledge learning impacts organizational innovation and whether related foreign studies are adaptive for domestic companies.This paper focuses on the studies about the theories, approaches, and ways in the fields of organizational learning and organizational innovation, adopts methods of inductive and deductive, quantitative and qualitative analysis comprehensively. It is based on the basic theories and ways of management science, statistics, and information economics.Firstly, this paper analyses the background of this issue, indicates the theoretical and practical significance of the research, comments comprehensively on the current research situation both at home and abroad, and makes an outline of the paper.Secondly, this paper analyses the basic theory, which serves as the theoretical framework for the research. Guided with resource-based views and organizational learning theory, the author analyses the impacts of organizational learning on organizational innovation theoretically. In this part, by examining correlations among organizational learning, knowledge integration, knowledge energy, organizational innovation and organizational performance, the author put forward a theoretical model of the impact mechanism of organizational learning on organizational innovation.Thirdly, in order to verify the theoretical analyses results, the paper uses data collected from questionnaire survey conducted among companies in tri-pearl zone, to conduct structure equation modeling. The author tests the theoretical model, revises it according to the investigation results, and expatiates on the theoretical explanation.Based on the theoretical and empirical research results, the author come up with a series of countermeasures to improve organizational innovation capability and efficiency through organizational learning.This paper detects and verifies the following hypotheses: (1) organizational learning impacts knowledge energy and knowledge integration directly, and impacts organizational innovation indirectly through the above two variables.(2) knowledge integration is an important media variable during the impacts of organizational learning and knowledge energy on organizational innovation, it has direct impacts both on technological innovation and administrative innovation. (3) both technological and administrative innovation have direct impacts on organizational performance, technological innovation has a direct impact on administrative innovation. (4) interfirm social capital has an important impact on knowledge management and organizational innovation.Studying the impacts of organizational learning on organizational innovation from the perspective of knowledge management, is not only an academic problem but an urgent issue in the business practice as well. This paper offset the related research both at home and abroad by clarifying the impact mechanism of organizational learning on organizational innovation, which makes the paper innovative and instructive both in theory and practice.
