Knowledge has been becoming the most important strategic resource in an era of knowledge-based economy and knowledge innovation is the fountainhead of enterprise's competence promotion and competitive advantage maintenance. This dissertation makes a system research in these fields: theory of organizational learning, knowledge innovation, enterprise competence and the relationship of them. The research focuses on how to improve enterprise's core competence under the circumstance of knowledge and innovation. It has an important practical significance to Chinese enterprises with lower core competitive competence. A couple of new analytical models and new research techniques have been put forward. The research work includes the following three parts:(1) Discussing the relationship between organizational learning, knowledge innovation and enterprise competence. The author proposes a viewpoint that different knowledge by learning form into different competence in enterprise. Knowledge accumulation forms enterprise's static core competence, while knowledge innovation forms enterprise's dynamic core competence. Organizational learning guarantees this process smoothly carrying on. And then a kernel proposition has put forward: organizational knowledge innovation is the basic power of competence growth of enterprise. With theoretical analysis and empirical research, the basic supposition has been also proven that organizational knowledge innovation can remarkably affect competence growth of enterprise.(2) Theory pattern construction of instructive organizational knowledge innovation. This dissertation summarizes the common rules and problems of organizational knowledge innovation based on evaluation of existing pattern, and proposes a construction procedure of organizational knowledge innovation following the logistic thinking from basic theory to research technique. It analyzes the two important processes in knowledge innovation——knowledge diffusion and growth. Through the general construction procedure and the effect of knowledge diffusion and knowledge fermentation on knowledge screw, a theory pattern of organizational knowledge innovation has been constructed.(3) Research on the interactive mechanism of organizational knowledge innovation and enterprise's competence growth. Starting with process of knowledge forming competence and evolvement of knowledge platform, the dissertation discusses the evolvement of enterprise competence and process of organizational knowledge innovation. It proposes two viewpoints: one is that organizational knowledge innovation is the key of making up competence gap in the process of competence evolvement, and the other is that organizational knowledge innovation is carrying on its own initiative for adaptation dynamic environment. That is the interactive process between enterprise's competence growth and organizational knowledge innovation. Based on that, it constructs an interactive model of enterprise's competence growth and organizational knowledge innovation under the evolvement of knowledge platform. Finally, it gives suggestions to promote the interaction of two both——coordination learning mechanism.
