Study On The Construction Of Innovation System Of Management Of Shandong Electric Power Corporation

Management is the eternal theme of enterprise and innovation is the driving force for the enterprise’s sustainable development. As a state-owned enterprise, Shandong Electric Power Corporation has understood deeply that the way to improve the economic benefit which only depends on technical equipment investment can’t last long. Making profit and innovation from management is a more realistic option. So, this paper mainly introduces how to construct the Shandong Electric Power Corporation’s management innovation system. It is of great important theoretical and practical value to make the research achievement apply to innovation practice and specific work, and can be learned by the other enterprises.Management innovation is series management activities in the process of its development. It concludes several parts:updating the concept of management; integrating resources; reforming management pattern; adjusting the structure of the organization; optimizing the procedure of work; perfecting the standard system and enhancing the efficiency and benefits of the company. A complete and efficient management innovation system must be established to make sure that the practice of management innovation can be carried out smoothly. To solve this problem, this paper discusses the construction of the management innovation.The paper insists on the integration of theory with practice. It is a scientific and practical study. From the comprehension of organization function and theory of management process, on the basis of previous studies, it makes three modules to construct the Shandong Electric Power’s management innovation system creatively, such as decision-making system based on strategy management innovation discusses and analyzes the strategic lead, target selection, key points of innovation and so on; management innovation promoting system based on project management and introducing project management theory, mainly analyzes how to implement management innovation through project management; management innovation security system based on teamwork, makes analysis on how to guarantee the formation of management innovation develop continuously from organization, culture, matter, encouragements, etc.The paper utilizes methods of literature research, case study, investigation and comparative study. It takes Shandong Electric Power as the main object of study. By summarizing the practice of management innovation, on the basis of relevant theories and drawing on the experience of advanced enterprise, it demonstrates the opinions and the design framework comprehensively.The innovations of this paper consist in analysising enterprise’s management innovation construction in the micro-level of enterprise, and creatively proposing the definition and construct model of management innovation system. It fills the gap that there is no operational guides in management innovation system.
