But in the development process, with the expansion of the city, the population expansion, many problems facing the development of city of Guangzhou. Because of the historical reasons, the Pearl River coast gathered and scattered a lot of traditional industrial enterprises and low-end industries, the land is extensive and serious pollution problems, affects the city environment; lag the Pearl River shoreline transportation system, the construction of municipal facilities, some residents even " was born in Riverside not see Riverside ", some section of landscape location with the construction of Guangzhou National Center City is not suitable to. The future of Guangzhou’s transformation and upgrading of the whole modernization construction, Guangzhou, Guangzhou well-being promotion, successful construction of Guangzhou metropolis image are inseparable from the Pearl River shoreline.Therefore, how to put these industrial shoreline into living shoreline, commercial shoreline, leisure shoreline and landscape type coastline, is not only an urgent need of upgrading transformation and development in Huangpu region, one thing is very much looking forward to the masses Huangpu district. Based on this reason, the transformation of Huangpu coastal shipbuilding enterprises to upgrade as a master’s thesis research, hoped the research can provide some opinions and suggestions.This Paper first an overview of the analysis of the status quo and characteristics of shipbuilding and ship repairing enterprises in Huangpu district, problems, etc.; Secondly introduce Huangpu district of the pearl river coastal land use planning and transformation and upgrading of enterprise policy, analysis of shipbuilding and ship repairing enterprises transformation and upgrading of the successful cases at home and abroad, combines the actual conditions of shipbuilding and ship repairing enterprises in Huangpu district, put forward countermeasures and Suggestions of this enterprise transformation and upgrading.
