Facing Problems And Countermeasure Study Of Transformation And Upgrading Of Nantong Chongchuan Economic Development Zone

In China, many urban Development Zones are located within10KM to city downtown. With double expansion of city industrialization and urbanization, quiet a number of Development Zones are facing problem of "They are located at the core area of city new expansion, and how to realize transformation and development from traditional Development Zone to new city area". Nantong Chongchuan Economic Development Zone is also facing the same problem. Analyzing and discussing this problem and countermeasures is very important to push urban development. By study on upgrading of Chongchuan Economic Development Zone, this thesis is very important for realizing economic integration strategic from point to line and from line to side.This thesis includes three parts. The first part mainly expatiates on developing status of Chongchuan Development Zone and raises practice basis by taking Chongchuan Development Zone as example and combining to investigation and analysis. The second part mainly expatiates on facing problems of Nantong Chongchuan Development Zone by analyzing Nantong Chongchuan Development Zone’s status. The third part mainly expatiates on countermeasure study on how to push transformation and upgrading of Nantong Chongchuan Development Zone based on these problems. Countermeasure about transformation and upgrading of urban Development Zone mainly is related to industry development mode, management mode, innovation mode and investment promotion mode, etc. And finally summarizing study ways about transformation and upgrading path of Development Zone are raised.
