Study On The Post-transition Performance Of China Development Bank

In2008,China Development Bank(CBD) hung up its shingle,being a vanguard of commercialization,which marked a new stage of China policy-based finance. Under this circumstances, to study and summarize the successful experience of policy-based finance at home and abroad,to find out the performance of post-transition performance of China Development Bank,which contribute to the sustaining development of CDB,would be quite significant.This paper talks on the post-transition performance of CDB. First,we talk about basic theory of policy-based finance.Then comes the practice of policy-based finance of both china’s and foreign.after counting of CDB,especially the comparative analysis of CDB and china construction bank(CCB),we sum up the shortage of post-transition CDB.On this basis,policy suggestions are given.
