Operations management is one of the enterprise’s three basic contents. For most of manufacturing enterprises, production and operations management is the core content of whole enterprise operation. According to relevant statistics, more than99%of enterprises are the small-and mid-sized enterprises in our country, the majority of which is small-and micro-sized enterprises. To improve the level of small-and mid-sized, especially small-and micro-sized enterprises’production and operations management is playing a decisive role for our country’s economic quality. Shenzhen XYH Environmental Gift Co., Ltd is the typical of a large number of small-and micro-sized enterprises. The author of this article is more familiar with the operation management practice of the company, and then makes some good suggestions to enhance the operational management level by this article research.This paper is in view of Basic theoretical knowledge of Operations management, such as ABC inventory management, MRP, TQM, flow chart, PDCA recycle and so on. Finally, this paper presented the Implementation steps and Security method of Improvement strategies. The studies is not only good for the company to improve the Operations management,but also is meaningful for the company To strengthen the market competitiveness and Operation efficiency, meanwhile providing good reference for the other millions of similar small-and micro-sized enterprises.
