Logistics Management Of Scana Machinery Manufacturing Co. LTD.

With the development of the economy, more and more machinery manufacture enterprises became large enterprise group through their own development or merging into each other meanwhile their logistics supplies have not been changed according to the new demanding for the development at all. This thesis aim at analyzing and researching for the internal logistic system of the machinery manufacture enterprises in order to provide some suggestions or rational logistics solutions by setting up the model of logistics system.This thesis starts with general situation of the logistics development. Then introduce the specialty of modern machinery manufacture enterprise as well as their logistic feature. Also, it gives us a clear overview of the typical mode of logistics and the process of logistic in different stage for the normal manufacturing companies.Secondly, the paper has introduced the general situation of the Scana manufacturing enterprise. Due to they were newly formed and did not have the logistic system, their development have been restricted.The paper analysis and proved the problems for the logistics management of Scana from deferent aspect such as the supply logistics, production logistics, distribution logistics, returned logistics etc in order to provide the basis for future research.Thirdly, according to the advanced method of concurrent engineering and agile manufacturing, this paper proposed a logistic system design for the enterprise like Scana. The details are as following:Within the framework of overall strategy the company needs to launch out into a new internal logistics system. Also, the paper gives a brief description of measures taking for those kind of enterprise:refactor their own logistics mode, logistics process to resolve main problems of internal logistics system operation process.
