| At present, China has formed the buyer’s market of prawn feed. In the short term, the method of credit sale is doomed to be the main trend in the feed industry. However, the fact that the moral quality, ability and credit of the prawn feed agency are varying, the farmer’s cultivation pattern, condition and level have huge difference, the prawn farming also has huge uncertainty and uncontrollability, the price of finished product prawn is fluctuating according to the change of home and abroad environment. In addition, there are not a few loopholes in the process monitoring management of cridit sale in the prawn feed’company. Therefor, there are risks existing everywhere in credit sale and any mistake in any link would cause irretrievable loss to the enterprise. Therefore, standardizing the management of credit sale is the required course of every enterprise.This paper analyzed the background of aquiculture, prawn breed aquatics and prawn feeds’industry firstly, and cleared up the theories on credit sale by using the method of document analyse, pointed out that the theories on credit sale still need to enrich and develop. And then the author used Guangdong Evergreen Feed Industry Co.,LTD. as the research object, through the SWOT and the STP stratagem analysis of Guangdong Evergreen Feed Industry Co.,LTD., this paper analyzed credit sale’s development and excise in Guangdong Evergreen Feed Industry Co.,LTD., and then further analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of credit sale of shrimp feed on industries and enterprises to propose the idea that to standardize credit sale of shrimp feed. This paper combined the writer’s self-experience of marketing and management of the industry of shrimp feed in the end to propose some requirements and suggestions on the management of the enterprise, hoping to improve the management of credit sale of domestic shrimp feed industry and to offer some help to the improvement of enterprise’s management and business. |
