Strategic management is an inevitable requirement in Manheim Beiqi. The his-tory of Manheim Beiqi is not very long. As a new used-car auction company, al-though it has some power, it has a series of problems to be solved. In the expandingand highly competitive market, it is very important for Manheim Beiqi to find out areasonable way to grasp the opportunity and get up with the challenges and achievesustainable development eventually.In this paper, the strategic management of Manheim Beiqi car Auction Companyis researched by case study method based on analysing the history and developmentstages of Manheim Beiqi. It analyzes external macro-environment by PEST, includingpolitical, economic, social and market factors; It analyzes Manheim Beiqi competi-tiveness of the industry by Porter five forces model, and according to the the Man-heim Beiqi internal environment, focus on the organizational structure mode and hu-man resources situations, the SWOT analysis tool to determine the opportunities andthreats faced by the Manheim Beiqi developed based on the results of the analysis ofstrategic solutions and strategic contents of Manheim Beiqi. And then, it states thesuggestions and solutions to increase the progress and quality of the company.By researching of the strategic management of Manheim Beiqi, we hope to com-prehensively improve the strategic management level, enhance the company’s externalcompetitiveness, and enable the company to grow in the continuous development ofour industry.
