Research On Land Use Changes And Evaluation Of Land Ecological Security

Land ecological security is the premise of regional sustainable development.Human land use profoundly affect the regional land ecological security. In order toachieve the sustainable use of land resources and ensure the regional land ecologicalsecurity, based on the related theory and concepts, this paper takes Jincheng ofShanxi Province as research object, studies the dynamic change of land use from2001to2008, discusses the driving forces of land use change, analyses the regionalland ecological security situation and put forward relevant countermeasures andsuggestions to enhance the land ecological security of Jincheng City in the future.This paper mainly includes the following contents:(1)according to the annualdata of land use of Jincheng from2001to2008, this paper has carried onquantitative research on dynamic changes in the number, degree and structure;(2)thispaper analyses how the nature, social-economic and government policy drive theland use change, and then adopts the principal component analysis to determine themain driving factors of land use changes in Jincheng City from2001to2008;(3)thispaper discusses the land use change impact mechanism on ecological security, baseson P-S-R model framework, constructs the land ecological security evaluation indexsystem from land ecological pressure, state and reaction, combines the analytichierarchy process with entropy weight method to determine the weight of evaluationindexes, and adopts the comprehensive evaluation method to calculate the ecologicalsecurity composite index, finally according to the land ecological security situationof Jincheng City, puts forward the related suggestions from nature, social-economicand legal policy.Through the above research contents, the following conclusion can be drawed:(1)from2001to2008in Jincheng City, in terms of quantity, except forest land offarmland, unused land both present various degree reduction, meanwhile, forest landand construction land present the increasing trend; in terms of degree, the land usedegree basically maintains between217.47and217.66which is in the middle andlower level; in the terms of structure, the land use degree of order presents the increasing trend from2001to2003, and maintains at about1.634from2003to2008.The land use degree of order is slightly higher than the national average;(2)from2001to2008, social-economic factors are the main factors influencing the land usechange in Jincheng City, including the change of population, economic development,industrial structure adjustment and technology progress;(3)from2001to2008, theland ecological composite index shows a trend of increasing after a slight descent.The land ecological security index rises from0.4713in2001to0.6049in2008, butis still not in the state of security. The ecological construction of Jincheng should beattached great importance and strengthened in the future.Under the guidance of sustainable development theory, according to thereasonable model of development, the social economy and ecological environmentprotection can develop coordinately.
