The world has entered the era of knowledge economy and traditional physicalcapital is no longer the competition focus of enterprises. However, human capitalplays the more important role in the competition and economic growth. In the majorfunctions of human resources, employee relationship management due to its richfunctions of means has a huge exploring potential. Good staff relations will help tocreate a good culture and improve employee satisfaction plus efficiency, even retaintalents. For employees, an ideal working environment is open, trusting, especiallymutual help.In order to explore the status and problem of employee relations managementand its effect upon business performance, this article is planned to base on the view ofemployee relations, to clarify its theoretical concepts as well as the research status,expecting to have an overall knowledge of the challenge and key points of employeerelations management. In the research, I targeted on developing the work ofquestionnaire survey and focus on the triple perspective of managers, human resourcepractitioners and the general staff to develop the empirical research. Finally the paperget the conclusion with the application of SPSS like below:(1)The CEO managementmethod are significantly related to Enterprise performance. That is to say the attitudeand support of the senior manager to the employee relationship management has agreater impact on the enterprise performance. High-level leadership attention, supportand participation to the actual employee relationship management, can effectivelypromote enterprise performance.(2)Organizational management of employeerelations is significantly associated to business performance. With the decreasingof importance about relationship management functions, Enterprise performance willbe decreased significantly. Along with the increase of the number of full-timeemployee, employee relations satisfaction, employee satisfaction and enterpriseperformance will be significantly increased (positive effect). By means of empiricalresearch data, the paper eventually integrated challenges faced in the future work ofemployee relations management that suggesting feasible plan for corporationemployee relations management, to push on the application and development inenterprises.
