In recent years,with the deepening reform of state-owned enterprises in our country,human resources have introduced a market-oriented employment mechanism.The various forms of employment derived therefrom are common in the state-owned enterprises,so it is an important task for the leaders of the state-owned enterprises to manage the complicated employee relationship with the effective mode.As a member of a large number of state-owned enterprises,oil companies follow the pace of reform,and the subordinate enterprises directly undertook the marketization reform of personnel mechanism respectively,thus deriving the coexistence of various employment forms,and also facing the problem of employee relationship management.Under this background,this paper makes a preliminary research and discussion on the state-owned enterprise employee relationship,analysing and researching the existing problems of employee relationship managementcombined with the author's work experience in the oil company X.From the perspective of fully mobilizing the enthusiasm and creativity of employees and building a harmonious relationship between employees,this paper gives management strategies,and gives suggestions for solving the outstanding problems in the reform of oil companies.This article first introduces the evolution of the form of employment in the process of the reform of state-owned enterprises and the outstanding problems of grain Corporation,the oil companies face in the process of reform in the personnel structure.Secondly,it introduces the related research summary of employee relationship management,then classifies employee relationship of X directly affiliated to oil companies,analyzes and studies the existing problems in management,and deeply analyzes the reasons.Finally,it aims to explore the model of employee relationship management and give the coping strategies.The innovation of this paper is to classify employees' relationship from different levels,different jobs,equal pay and different ideas,and then analyze the reasons through multiple layers,and give management strategies to deal with complex employee relationship from multiple perspectives.This paper is significance to improve the human resource managementmode,reserve talents,improve personnel structure and promote the healthy and long-term development of X enterprises directly under the oil company.
