"A harmonious society"is one of the hottest topics for society development in China today. As one of the members of society, corporate is encouraged to involve the development progress more active.A harmonious relationship between the management and the lower level employee is considered indicate of success, so that"corporate harmonious management"became an important mission in today's organizations. A company is the sample for discussion in this thesis.Taiwan high-tech corporate has uncountable investment in China for many years; A company is one of it. As other Taiwan companies, A company has to face the differences, probably the conflicts, between the management and employee, employee and employee from the two sides of the Strait.In the thesis, we firstly have an overall review on the past researches, then, introduce the background of A company. In the meantime, we conducted a survey for finding the differences of employee's work values. After analyzing the survey result, suggestions from the viewpoint of an employee relations manager will be proposed to the management for uplifting the harmonious of A company. |
