The Research On Influential Factors Of Scientific Data Sharing Intention Of Scientific Researchers

As important production and the main driving force of scientific research, scientific data plays the supporting role in innovation and progress of science and technology. Scientific data sharing is one of the effective means in development and utilization of scientific data,breaking the information resource monopoly, reducing the "digital divide",making scientific data resources able to reuse. It promotes the cooperation spirit in the scientific community, and optimizes configuration of data resource, and has significant meanings to improve the level of science and technology and to promote the development of social and economic. More and more scholars realize that scientific data sharing management can be studied from the macro point of view, such as platform construction, regulations and technology; it also should be studied from the perspective of microcosmic to find the influential factors on data sharing intention and behavior of scientific researchers.Based on the theory of planned behavior and other relevant theories,we do a research to find the factors affecting the scientific data sharing intention from the perspective of the scientific researchers after studying the application practices and the development situation at home and abroad. Firstly, we posed hypothesizes and built theory model according to the relevant theories. Then we developed a questionnaire to measure the constructs and modified it by discussion and the feedback of preliminary research. After that we collected data by distributing the modified questionnaires to the scientific researchers from severaluniversities in China. After analyzing the data by SPSS, including the reliability and validity analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, comparison of the mean, correlation analysis and regression analysis, we made a conclusion. The results show that the attitude, subjective norms and organization climate have significant positive effect on data sharing intention, while expected return and self-efficacy have significant positive effect on data sharing attitude. However, subjective norms can indirectly affect data sharing intention by influencing the attitude. Finally according to the results of the study, this research provides some suggestions and countermeasures from three aspects to promote our country science data sharing work effectively, including increasing the data literacy from the perspective of scientific researchers, creating good sharing atmosphere from the perspective of scientific research institutions,completing relevant laws and regulations from the national perspective.
