Oil Production Enterprise Management Performance Evaluation

Production enterprise is at the core of the department of oil and gas field development,besides the ground operation, more underground operation, high technical difficulty,operation risk and the characteristics of the highly fragmented, improve the managementlevel of oil production enterprises, to reduce the operation cost and risk is always theimportant domain of managers and researchers concern. Oil in oil production in the enterprisemanagement, enterprise management performance evaluation and its application is animportant aspect, is also the weak links of production management in our country. Productionenterprise management performance evaluation and application, to find the problems existingin the enterprise management and the gap with "benchmarking enterprise", is beneficial toimprove the management level of enterprises, asking management for benefit, to promote thesustainable development of enterprises. Therefore, in order to production performanceevaluation of enterprise management as the research object, build a production enterprisemanagement performance evaluation system, adopts the quantitative method to evaluatedifferent production enterprise management performance, and puts forward some effectivemeasures has certain theoretical value and practical guiding significance.Performance evaluation theory and method in this paper, application of modernenterprise management, performance evaluation of research production enterprisemanagement problems, aims to build a scientific and reasonable production enterprisemanagement performance evaluation system. First, summarized the performance evaluationof enterprise management theory, method and the research status and trends, define theproduction performance evaluation of enterprise performance management and productionmanagement connotation; Second, build the production enterprise managementperformance evaluation system, mainly includes the evaluation purpose, design principle,selection of evaluation index and determine, to quantify the importance of each index ofoverall performance, and determining the weight to determine each index’s standard; Third,in determining the production enterprise management performance indicators system, on thebasis of network analytic hierarchy process (ANP) is used to establish the production model of enterprise management performance evaluation system, and conducts a practical analysisto different oil production enterprises; We aim at improving the level of oil productionenterprise management, purposively puts forward five countermeasures to carry out thestandardization of production management, focus on oil production enterprise qualitymanagement, enhance the development capacity of oil production enterprise, save theeconomic cost of oil production enterprise, attach the security and environmentalmanagement to oil production enterprise.
