At first, this paper states the background of production safety risk management of our country’s power supply company and thinks that production safety risk management has a positive effect on the development of our country power industry. This paper analyzes the research status of production safety risk management at home and abroad which the foreign countries take the lead in the development of production safety risk management, and thinks the right risk assessment method is extremely important. Next, it focuses on the fundamental problem of the power supply enterprise production safety and risk, analysis that safety production management is the most important aspect of a job which can safeguard safety running and reliable for the other various production management department; The principle of Safety production management are the responsibility of legal management institutionalized, standardization, measure concretization, facilities standardization, normalization, etc. Risk management can be divided into five main work process, where education training, risk identification and risk control of three processes is a basic work in risk management, known as the basic flow. On the basis of the basic flow, plus the risk assessment and risk management two working process, forms a complete process. According to the basic flow of risk, the Risk assessment and risk management are suitable for the risk of the relatively large unit of assessment, control and prevention work.On the basis of the analysis of risk factors, we can establish power supply enterprise risk evaluation index system of safe production, which use the AHP analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to determine the weight of each index, and establish the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. We take a power supply company as an example to find the solution, and the results show that the model and algorithm is suitable for the evaluation of power supply company of production safety risk evaluation problem.Finally, we put forward some suggestions on the management of power supply enterprise of safety production risk, including building rules and regulations, staff education, equipment management, equipment preventive test, the emergency response measures, implementing PDCA circulation promotion, etc.
