With the economics of china having developed rapidly, china has become a manufacturing country. In the new era, Chinese manufacturing enterprises enjoy the joy which has brought by the manufacturing industry in the past years, but at the same time, they have to face the reality of china is not a manufacturing powerhouse. Chinese manufacturing enterprises were located in the middle of the "smile curve" of the international industry chain, therefore, they only get a part of the product revenue. In addition, traditional manufacturing companies which to enhance their own competitiveness rely on resources will gradually lose advantage with the over-exploitation of natural resources. The face of increasingly fierce market competition and weak development potential of enterprises, strengthen independent innovation capability has become the only way to improve their core competitiveness for Chinese manufacturing companies in the future. Therefore, exploring new ideas and technology of the transformation path of accelerating enterprise from manufacture to intelligent made has become a very important issue.The paper was supported under the soft science projects of Shandong" Study on the transformation way of accelerating enterprise from manufacture to intelligent made based on the integration of IT and management innovation", the in-depth study of the theory and technology of the integration of IT and management innovation and the transformation way of accelerating enterprise from manufacture to intelligent made was made by using literature, specification analysis, quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis, case studies and so on.The main influencing factors of the transformation of enterprise from manufacture to intelligent made was refined and analyzed in the paper, the evaluation index system of the transformation of enterprise from manufacture to intelligent made was constructed based on these factors. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation program of the transformation of enterprise from manufacture to intelligent made was set up combined with the theory and method of fuzzy evaluation. It can provide important reference to strengthen self-construction and enhance their core competitiveness by using new ideas, new technologies, and new ways for manufacturing enterprises.In view of enterprise differences in individual development and a case of two typical manufacturing enterprises of different industries, the using of the integration of IT and management innovation in different aspects of the manufacturing enterprises was detailly analyzed in the article. It was found through case studies that the two manufacturing enterprises is different in the use of the technology of the integration of IT and management innovation, because the manufacturing enterprises development will be affected by its nature, size, and product. Thus, according to their own characteristics, the manufacturing enterprises should have a focus on the progressive realization of the comprehensive transformation of enterprise from manufacture to intelligent made combined with the theory and technology of the integration of IT and management innovation.
