Research On The Countermeasures To Promote The Technological Innovation Ability Of Communication Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises

With the rapid development of science and technology, more and more enterprises have realized the importance of the technological innovation, especially for the communication equipment manufacturing enterprises whose products have high technology; it is also an important problem. But only have the ideological understanding is not enough, the enterprises should focus on how to promote the technological innovation ability. The technological innovation ability will make a big effect on whether they can take a place in the market competition. So it is very urgent for the communication equipment manufacturing enterprises to promote their technological innovation ability.Firstly, to study on the basic theoretical research of evaluation for ability of the technological innovation. And analyze the current study on the capability of technological innovation of our national defense industry. Secondly, to design comprehensive evaluation index system on the ability of technological innovation of national defense science and technology industry based on the economic character of national defense science and technology, which is from six aspects that is information ability, input ability. R&D ability, management ability, marketing ability. Sequentially through the choice of the current evaluation methods in common use, the fuzzy integral evaluation method that paper puts forward not only resolves the fuzzy problem of expert’s opinion, but also has very strong applicability to the problem which influenced on the whole evaluation result by the mutual association and restriction between the factors in the complex giant system. Finally, this paper will calculate the development level of our national defense science and technology, and analyze the problems in the process of technological innovation. For example, it is lack of favorable financial policies and marketing management, and so on. To address these problems, our national defense science and technology industry should establish a multi-channel investment system for independent innovation, to strengthen technological innovation consciousness, to improve the incentive mechanism of technological innovation, and for the government, it also should establish a good financial support system, improve the protection of intellectual property rights system, expand enterprise innovative financing channels.
