With the national structural adjustment and the "China-made 2025" strategic planning and implementation,the state vigorously promote high-end manufacturing,intelligent manufacturing,green manufacturing at the same time,overcapacity,energy consumption,heavy pollution industry to vigorously adjust.In this environment,China's traditional manufacturing enterprises are facing a difficult and opportunistic environment.L as a traditional large-scale equipment manufacturing enterprises also can not be spared,as its main business of cement and mining equipment,due to the national supply side of the structural adjustment,performance for three consecutive years dropped significantly,the market downturn,a variety of internal problem.Today,the development of L enterprises have been severely constrained,if not make changes,continue to continue the status quo,L enterprise development will be more difficult.In order to survive and develop well,L must make a change.Strategic transformation as a common means of reform of modern enterprises,including a variety of measures to adapt to different business situations.Most enterprises in the face of the bottleneck of enterprise development,will adopt a strategic transformation as a way to change the enterprise.L is a young private company that has been established for more than ten years.In the face of the bottleneck of development,according to its actual situation and characteristics,what method should be used to choose the way,so that the change of business can not only adapt to the future Manufacturing industry trends,but also in line with the "China-made 2025" overall strategy,but also greatly reduce the risk of transformation and difficulty for the future development and survival of L enterprises is essential.According to the review of the literature,the purpose,mode and approach of the strategic transformation of the enterprise are systematically understood by the differentiated strategy of the service value-added of the manufacturing enterprise.At the same time,according to the future development policy of the national manufacturing industry,Analysis and judgment,the L enterprise to design a transformation program,its content includes two aspects: First,the original industry's strategic transformation,through the service enhancement,product optimization,production and administrative corresponding reform,while differentiated competition To build a new generation of products;on the other hand,to expand new business,analysis of the future development of the advantages of the industry,the use of business advantages,the use of mergers and acquisitions strategy to absorb high-quality industries related industries to accelerate the strategic transformation of enterprises.
