In order to solve the problem of manager process obstructed and manager efficiency of Jiangsu Mobile,I designed the Jiangsu Mobile advertising closed-loop management system.It is made up of three modules,including data arrangement,effect assessment and model optimization.The data arrangement module divided into two parts of all media advertising monitoring and monthly data analysis.It includes all the ads deliveried by itself and competitors into the monitoring system to form a comprehensive monitoring network,as to acquire a macro report based on all media big data. The effect assessment module builds up two evaluation systems of recognition-attitudes-behavior pattern and EPIC, respectively corresponding to project advertising and brand advertising.The two systems can lead to a quantitative assessment results.The model optimization module is composed by media mix delivery optimization research and ROI research.The media mix delivery optimization research analyzes the efficiency of a single media.The ROI research observes the relationship between media investment amount with those variables like number of new subscribers,brand values,ARPU and so on,thereby improving the rate of ROI.
