With the rapid development of social economy, the residents’ income and the level ofproduction technology is on the rise, more and more attentions are focus on to the safety ofagricultural products, safe-agricultural products’ production and consumption has graduallydeveloped. In the market of safe-agricultural products,There exist Information asymmetrybetween different market subjects, consumers are lack of awareness of safe-agriculturalproducts cognition,which are affecting the safe-agricultural product sales, causing crackbetween production and consumption of safe agricultural products, increasing thecomplexity of safe agricultural products marketing, and disturbing the order of marketingsystem. The agricultural professional cooperative is a core carrier, which is playing a keyrole in promoting the safe agricultural product marketing, can either effectively organizefarmers to product or make effective cooperation with enterprises, also can help thegovernment supervision, reduce the cost of supervision, effectively solve the dilemmabetween production and consumption of safe agri-food. The main purpose of this paper isto explore how to construct a marketing system of safe-agricultural products based on Theagricultural professional cooperative, a safe and orderly system which meets the needs ofcustomer and market.The basic idea of this research is to explore the two features of the safe-agriculturalproducts marketing system:information asymmetry and complexity, reveals the status ofsafe-agricultural products marketing; summarize the specific performance and theadvantages of The agricultural professional cooperative in promoting the safe-agriculturalproducts marketing, research the important role of information integration and organizationof agricultural professional cooperatives to reduce system-complexity and informationasymmetry, reveal the intrinsic mechanism of agricultural professional cooperatives inpromoting safe agricultural products marketing; construct a marketing system ofsafe-agricultural products based on the agricultural professional cooperative in order toeffectively solve the information asymmetric and complex disorder in the safe-agriculturalproducts marketing. In the course of the study we used a combination research methods of normative analysis, system analysis and comparative analysis.The production,sales, consumption of the safe agricultural all belong to the samemarketing issues, which can be regarded as a whole marketing system to do scientificresearch with complexity theory; analyzing production and sales、consumer in a the systemview; bring the science of complexity theory into the safe-agricultural products marketing;provide new theoretical tools and new ideas for Research on the marketing ofsafe-agricultural products; at the same time provides The agricultural professionalcooperative a certain basis for positioning and developing of in the future.
