Study On Fresh Agricultural Products Supply Chain Of Haicheng XXX Cooperative

Fresh agricultural products have become a necessity in the daily life of the public,with a high frequency of purchase.Fresh products in agricultural products have a short shelf life,and their decay rate is faster,leading to more special logistics industry in fresh products supply chain.Ensuring the efficient and reliable output of the fresh supply chain of agricultural products can not only ameliorate the margin of the provider,but also satisfying consumers' daily needs.Therefore,the reliability of fresh agricultural products supply chain is studied in depth,and quantitative evaluation is made,so as to find out the weak links affecting the reliability of the supply chain,and then put forward practical and effective measures.In order to improve the supply chain of fresh agricultural products,this paper focuses on the study of a new agricultural supply chain organization: agricultural specialized planting cooperatives.Firstly,through the analysis of its fresh agricultural products supply structure,including cooperative multi-level wholesale market operation mode,e-commerce operation mode,farmer-supermarket docking mode,and pointed out the important role of new rural professional cooperatives in fresh agricultural products supply chain.Based on the current situation of agriculture in China,this paper makes a concrete analysis of the supply side of fresh agricultural products supply chain,and takes agricultural specialized planting cooperatives as the core enterprise to establish an operation mode that can organize and coordinate fresh agricultural products supply chain,and cooperative enterprises can coordinate all aspects of matters.This will also make the operation of fresh agricultural products supply chain more smooth,thus accelerating the circulation of agricultural products.Secondly,by studying the product operation objectives,network structure and characteristics of fresh agricultural products supply chain and the related characteristics of fresh agricultural products supply chain,according to the feasibility assess index of fresh raw farm products logistics,the factors that may affect fresh agricultural products supply chain are analyzed.Based on the principle of GO algorithm,the supply chain system of fresh agricultural products is transformed into GO graph,and then GO operation is carried out to resolve the dependability of farm produce logistics and to determine the reliability evaluation grade.By comparing the reliability level with the results obtained from the survey,the dependability of farm produce logistics was assessed and further evaluated.Finally,based on the evaluation conclusion,the feasible measures to improve the fresh supply chain of agricultural products are put forward,that is,to improve the operation mode of the supply chain of agricultural products based on the rural professional cooperatives,and then to improve the operation efficiency of the fresh supply chain of agricultural products.
