Analysis Of The Factors Affecting The Willingness To Produce Safe Agricultural Products Of Farmer Cooperatives

Food of great variety,abundance and quality is a necessity for the continuation and prosperity of human society and a necessary condition for the realization of other rights.After the implementation of household contract responsibility system,food shortage has been fundamentally reversed.However,with the further development and improvement of the market economy,the production mode of agricultural products,which takes the individual farmers as the basic production unit,gradually exposes the inherent limitations of the small-scale peasant economy.There is a strong negative correlation between small-scale management and the quality and safety of agricultural products,and the improvement of farmers' organizational level can effectively improve the quality level of agricultural products from the source of production.Through It is a realistic way to solve the problem of quality and safety of agricultural products to improve the production organization degree of farmers and to strengthen the organization and management of the source of agricultural products production.Based on information asymmetry theory,neoclassical firm theory and transaction cost theory,this paper takes the specialized cooperative of farmers in Jiangxi Province as the research object.Through the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,this paper analyzes the production intention of cooperative safe agricultural products.Based on the previous research results,the author divides the influencing factors of cooperative production will be divided into four categories of 12 variables: cooperative characteristics(number of members,fixed assets,Category of agricultural products and cooperative level,regulatory characteristics(perception of safe agricultural products,type of manager,external environment(intensity of government supervision,support policy),and market expectations(cost expectations),risk expectation and consumers' willingness to pay are expected,and based on the research hypothesis,a framework of cooperative safe agricultural product production will analysis is constructed,and an empirical test is carried out through a binary logistic regression model.Through empirical analysis,we can draw the following conclusions: first,the Cooperative Cognition of fixed assets,safe agricultural products,the government preferential policies,cost expectations,risk expectation and consumer willingness to pay has a significant impact on the safety of agricultural products cooperatives will.Fixed assets of higher managers agroproducts cognitive level is higher,the government provides related preferential policies and support can promote the cooperatives more production cost and willingness;the higher the expected risk,the higher the expected cooperatives,the safety of agricultural production will lower;two,cooperatives as "economic man",the production of safe agricultural products will have internal and external factors Constraints,whether the production of safe agricultural products is the cost-benefit trade-off between these two factors.Moreover,its production willingness is influenced more by market incentives than by government regulation pressure.Cooperatives are not optimistic about the market prospect of safe agricultural products.They are generally considered to have high production costs,high risks and low consumer willingness to pay.In order to improve the quality and safety of agricultural products in the market and ensure the food safety of the people,the joint efforts of the government and the cooperative are needed.The government should establish and perfect the legal system of agricultural product safety,perfect the establishment of supervision and regulation department,increase the popularization of knowledge on the safety of agricultural products of the whole people,raise the level of safety cognition,strengthen the support,and establish the competitive environment of high quality and high price market.The cooperative should establish a scientific production system,strengthen the concept of quality,build its own brand,and take the road of brand development.
