In recent years, our country’s market economy has developed rapidly. Althoughthe actual incomes of all the industries are greatly increased, from the horizontal, thespeed on income growth of each industry is different. INCOME is drawing more andmore attention of the theoretical circle as a significant factor of human capitaldisposition. The continuously widening gap among the industries, especiallyunreasonable income distribution of monopolized industries, has become a hot topicin theory research. For now, China’s administrative monopoly industries cost theever-growing income gap between monopolized industries and non-monopolizedindustries. Monopolized industries always take advantage of their special marketposition and policy advantage to erect barriers to prevent other companies fromcompeting with them, and to achieve excess profits by unreasonable pricing strategy.This severely destroys the order of fair competition. As the problem of income gap isgetting more and more serious, human capital overly agglomerates in monopolizedindustries, leading to the human capital misallocation between industries. How torestrain monopoly industries large income and adjust it to rationalization, so as topromote the efficiency of human capital allocation? It has become an urgent problemneeds to be solved.This paper standing on the perspective of promoting the efficiency of humancapital allocation, make a research on rationalization of income distribution inmonopolized industries. By studying the mechanism between human capitalallocation and income distribution, analyzing the impact of different degrees ofmonopoly, quantified the relation between industries degrees of monopoly andindustries income, put forward a way of forming desirability incomes of monopolizedindustries. The paper contains two parts: introduction and text. The first part is theintroduction, briefly introduces the purposes and practical significance of this paper,the paper’s methodology and innovation. The second part is divided into four chapters.Chapter two summarizes the theories of monopoly and income distribution, analyzes monopoly industries’ impact on income distribution, which is the theoretical basis ofthe paper. The third chapter analyzes the current situation about industries income gapand the formation of monopoly industries large income. Chapter four does a study ofthe relativity between the degree of monopoly and industry income level afterdetermining the measurement standard of the degree of monopoly, eventually get anidea of all the monopolized industries’ desirability incomes through the model. Thefifth chapter proposes countermeasures about how to adjust monopoly industries’large income to rationalization and overcome the bad influence that monopoly bringsto human capital allocation.
