Research On The Service Industry Modular Organization’s Design

The service industry modular organization’s development depends on thecollaborative operation between its member enterprises. Independence of each modulecompany and coupling between modules between enterprises is the basic of the servicemodular organization’s coordination. Due to the invisibility of service products, serviceindustry can’t have uniform modular model as entity enterprise, so that the service modularorganization’s formation is complex. How to define the module business boundary and theconnection rule in the services modular organization involves the services modular designproblems. Therefore, in-depth analysis of the services modular organization design is aprerequisite for effective operation of the services modular organization.In this paper we first discuss the evolution of the service industry organization, andanalysis the formation of the services modular organization. then analysis the theory basedon evolution of the service industry organization, and also based on the service modularorganization design-value chain. From the perspective of the value chain, we know the keytheory of the formation of the services modular organization and design. On the basis ofvalue chain, we analysis the design rules for the service modular organization, withindependence and the coupling between modules. From the explicit rules, implicit rules,semidominant half recessive rule, it shows the rules between modules in the operation ofthe services modular organization, and it provides a certain basis to design of the modularorganization of service industry. After the analysis of theoretical basis and pattern rules forthe services modular organization design, then we analysis the services modularorganization design from the three aspects of architecture, interface, rule, and know theoperation between the modular system. Finally, take the tourism industry as an example toanalysis the specific application of the rules on organization design services module. Onlythe services modular organization design architecture, interface, rule, so as to ensure theefficient operation of good services modular organization and to ensure the long-termstable development of the service industry of the modular organization.
