Not only can it at a low cost to meet customer's personalized, diversified demand, achieve economies of scale; At the same time, through the knowledge flows they can get the partners knowledge and skills. And through the integration of the knowledge and core ability, they can create new knowledge, Improve production efficiency and innovation level, thus increasing the innovation ability and competitive advantage of the service modular organization.By combination the characteristics of modular organization, first, from the perspective of the value chain, propose the design rules of modular organization in the service, organizational characteristics and innovation. Secondly, the paper pointed out four knowledge flow process of enterprise, including knowledge discovery and creation, knowledge transfer and diffusion, knowledge sharing, knowledge integration and absorption, also analysis the knowledge about how to manage and the flow obstacle in each knowledge flow process.Through the research of the modular organization in the service and the flow of knowledge, this paper concluded that the flow of knowledge has a great influence on organizational innovation in the service module; it can promote the organization's management innovation, product innovation and technological innovation.
