A Research Of Coordination Mechanism In The Service Industry Modular Organization

The formation of the service industry modular organization makes the service industry production functions be no longer just completed by a vertically integrated enterprise independently, but by the member enterprises of modular organization crossing their respective borders to work together. The service industry modular organization's development depends on the collaborative operation between its member enterprises. While improving the resilience and productivity of the market, it also faces huge management challenges. The coordination and control of the service modular organization are more complex, all these disorders can be attributed to the lack of effective coordination mechanisms. Therefore, deeply analyze the coordination among member enterprises of the service modular organization and then construct some rational coordination mechanisms for it, all of this will have an important role on the cooperative operation of the service modular organization.From the perspective of network organization, this paper studies the coordination among the member enterprises of the service industry modular organization, systematically analyzes the characteristics of this modular organization, sums up the three elements which need to coordinate in the service industry modular organization, and then proposes three coordination mechanisms for the service industry modular organization, including interface management mechanism, trust mechanism and knowledge-sharing mechanism. Interface management mechanism can be achieved by standardization, target integration and benefit distribution. The trust mechanism's good performance requires the interaction of the credit rating mechanism, incentive mechanism and the maintenance mechanism. Knowledge sharing mechanism role's play needs to establish a shared platform, shared culture, and shared systems in the service industry modular organization to guarantee. Finally, this paper chooses the banking modular organization based on funds settlement as an example in analyzing the three coordination mechanisms specific applications. This analysis proves that only the three coordination mechanisms interact with each other can they promote the member enterprises'cooperative operation of the service industry modular organization, and then ensure the service industry modular organization's long-term stability and development.
