Performance management is the goal of organizations and individuals linked or integrated to obtain the organizational efficiency of a process, is the goal to be achieved by establishing a common understanding of the process, but also the process of managing and developing people in order to increase short-term and long-term goals to achieve possibility, the performance of the enterprise as a whole continued to progress. Corporate culture is in a variety of social activities and business activities, efforts to implement and actually reflected to civilization, the sense of competition to win the group, including values, ethics, spiritual pursuits, customs, ways of thinking. Corporate culture of performance management system implementation, operation play an invisible guide, influence, which determines the performance management approach. In turn, the corporate culture ultimately through the enterprise value evaluation system, the value of the distribution system to perform its functions. In other words, performance management from the corporate values contribute to the formation of all employees of the concept of a relatively uniform change. Therefore, the corporate culture and performance management is a complementary relationship. How to correctly handle the relationship between culture and performance management really has a very real sense. In this paper, China Ping An Insurance Company performance management, for example, corporate culture based on application performance management analysis.Based on the analysis of corporate culture and performance management, emphasizing the meaning and effect of performance factors, and analysis of the composition and performance management system factors that affect its efficiency. Then combined with Ping An Insurance Company’s profile and face in the form of performance management put forward specific requirements, and existing performance culture for diagnosis, analysis of its problems, which leads to a performance management and the need for integration of corporate culture. Finally, from the rigid and flexible regulatory initiatives discussed other aspects of Ping An Insurance to promote performance management and corporate culture integration of several measures.
