In the mid-80s, the concept of corporate culture was introduced into China. Then Papers related to corporate culture soared dramatically. An excellent and outstanding corporate culture can support the company's strategy, improve the company's performance, enhance the cohesion of the company and build high performance teams in order to form the core competence to get the continuable development. So more and more Chinese professors realize the importance of quantitative assessment of corporate culture, however there are few professors devote to this area. And exploration of the research on corporate culture needs to be paid more attention.Through reading large numbers of foreign literature related to the definition of corporate culture, the structure of corporate culture, the function of corporate culture and otherwise, I thoroughly understand corporate culture from different perspectives. And then I study some famous and popular models of assessment corporate culture. I compare the advantage and disadvantage of each model that helps me to raise the model of assessment corporate culture. Different experts and professors focus on different aspects of corporate culture evaluation. This study focuses on the gap between the ideal culture and the current culture that the corporate hold. The ideal culture is the culture that assists and supports the company to achieve their long-term goals. So we can recognize the ideal culture by studying the strategy of the company. And Balanced Score Card as the new strategy management method divides the strategy into four parts includes finance, customer, internal process and innovation &learning. Thus I use the four parts based on Balanced Score Card to assess the gap between current culture and ideal culture. Integration and improvement of the previous models by Extensive literature review, I conclude twelve dimensions. Customer aspect includes three dimensions as social responsibility, customer orientation and employee satisfaction. Internal process aspect includes seven dimensions as leadership, consistency, teamwork, information flow, corporate mission, core values and participation. Innovation and learning aspect include two dimensions as corporate innovation and corporate learning. When mention to the finance aspect, there are no dimensions in it. However, through the evaluation of enterprise performance system, we can find the how enterprise performance system support the culture. And based on the 12 dimensions I design a questionnaire to analyze the company's existing culture. This research examines and analyses the reliability and validity of the survey. And according to the results and the interview, this research studies the current culture of the company. In the end based on company strategy and company direction, this research gets recommendations on the improvements of culture.
